At Shanak Perfumes, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely across Pakistan.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and areas within Pakistan. Delivery availability may vary for remote locations.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 2-4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on selected products and promotional offers.

  • Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available) to track your shipment.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across most locations in Pakistan, subject to courier availability.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to:

  • Incorrect address information

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the order

The package may be returned to us, and we reserve the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery orders from the same customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the package and product (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue

We will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Shanak Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service interruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays or strikes

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
